Have you found it HARD to start a fitness journey? Then this challenge is for YOU. Sometimes the best way to start is to keep it simple and start WALKING.
This is an individual challenge to begin your journey toward better health. Research indicates a regular routine, including physical exercise, like walking, provides health benefits.
Your Challenge:
Logging the number of minutes you walk for exercise each day during the appropriate week and return your log to Julie each Tuesday.
